Tuscany don't get new missions when formed

Description​

I played as 1.37 Hungary (with WoC DLC). I culture shifted to tuscan and formed Tuscany. The decision wrote "obtain new missions" but insted the hungarian missions stayed (picture attached). I have Emperor DLC, so this worked in 1.36.
I tried to culture shit to piedmontese form Sardinia-Piedmont and It works perfectly, get the new savoyard missions.
I tried to form Sardinia-Piedmont and after form Tuscany, but the case is same: I don't get the new tuscan missions, I stuck with savoyard missions.

Steps to reproduce​

Play with Hungary (or maybe other nation).
Culture shift to tuscan
Form Tuscany via decision
Be sad because you won't be true Renaissance Prince
