Tutorial:
1. Habitability: Explain more clearly how it affects both upkeep and production. Coming from Master of Orion, I didn't realize how hard bad habitability hits economy.
2. Truce: Warn the player when a decision will cause a truce for 10 years that opens your borders and prevents other actions. Learning about this mechanic by surprise was frustrating.
UI:
1. Highlight the different parts of the Outliner: I didn't realize different parts of the Outliner provided different information with mouse over.
2. Toggle Outliner selection: If you click again on a selected Outliner item it unselects it.
3. Extend sidebars opening vs scroll map: The space between opening side bar and scrolling map is too small. Too often I scroll the map messing a perfect camera view when going for sidebar.
3. Close windows with right click instead of having move mouse up to the X button.
4. No popup windows: replace them with some smaller notification I can open to view the window when I'm ready for it. It be nice if the window then appears in the same spot I drag the window to.
ok, I think that's it. It's a beautiful clever game. I love it.
Edit:
One more thing, very important...
Go to: If I'm in map mode don't force me into system view. For each Go To command there is, let them stay in the view the player is on: Map view or system view.
