Tutorial that teaches or reading the forums for hours be required?

I would really love to see a tutorial that guides you step by step through an entire game. Should be something like "Step 1: Click here" , "Step 2: move here" etc through an entire game with explanations of why.
I know this is probably just a dream but it would be nice to finally buy a Paradox strategy game that I use.

I found the tutorials to improve with every new PDS game. V2 was good and CKII was even better. No doubt EUIV will knock it out of the park.

Indubitably, the tutorials have never been anywhere near sufficient.
