Tutorial to making animations for HoI4

So I was trying to import models into the game and I wanted to make animations as well. I couldn't really find anything. So can someone give me a page or something like that where it is being explained. Or if you are an profesional model maker could you briefly describe the steps you have to take to give for example a soldier model animations and such?

Solved it. Just use the vanilla skeleon and bind it to the new model
