Every time you start the game again, the tutorials show up in the "hints" section of the game. Once a tutorial is gone, it should not show up again, unless you chose so, or look it up somewhere (like the encyclopedia). This clutters up that space, and seems like a bug. If it is a feature, it would be nice if it was changed. Here are 2 solutions:
1. Remember when a tutorial is done, and do not display it again (and if possible copy it to the encyclopedia)
2. Option to disable tutorials either in options (permanently) and/or in "hints" (temporary per game)
