Twin Ninja Girls

Hi, I'm the author of the Shogunate mod, which allows you to play CK3 in feudal Japan. I created the introduction AAR, where anime-style twin ninja girls tried to assassinate the invincible daimyo Nobunaga. They speak Japanese by Text-To-Speech technology with English subtitles.

Shame to ruin a promising AAR (and a very interesting mod) with that anime girl shit.
Thanks for your comment. I'm sorry you didn't like it. In Japan, unlike in other countries, this kind of AAR is common. Generally, we use anime characters and Text-To-Speech technology in it. I wanted to share this culture with people who are interested in the Japanese subculture. How do you think I can reach them?

The mod itself has no anime elements at all. Please try it if you like.

Don't mind him, he's just an anime hater. There are many anime lovers in West as well :)
If you want, you can post more videos on your channel, but really you shouldn't be bothered by his rude behaviour and continue posting here as well.
Maybe try posting a link to it here on forum on your mod's page.
You can also change title of this AAR a little to show it is anime related. This way you can attract people, who are more interested in Japanese manga/anime culture :)
Ganbare ^^

Thanks a lot for your advice!
You're right. I will make the titles of the future AARs more anime-related. Though there is no mod's page on the forum yet, I posted its place as a spoiler.

That was incredibly amusing and absolutely cursed at the same time.
The mod seems very interesting and I hope to see more of it in the near future.

Thank you for your compliment. Besides the mod, what was your impression of the video? I am interested in what you think of Japanese-style AAR using anime characters and Text-To-Speech technology.

Your video is the first of it's type I've seen. I'm already a fan of a few anime shows and movies, so the video thumbnail caught my attention almost instantly. I was able to follow and understand the dialogue easily after a little initial difficulty.

I do have one complaint: the voices of your two characters, the Twin Ninja Girls, are nearly the same. I did have trouble telling them apart until I realized their dialogue color matched their hair color. I think that issue is because of your text-to-speech program.

On the whole, it's a good video for introducing your mod. I got to see all of the map, some of the characters and outfits, as well as the historical references you added as well, which is what convinced me to try your mod.

Thank you so much for your detailed feedback.

I'm sorry it's hard to distinguish the two voices. As you said, they are identical. The girls are also twins in the Text-To-Speech software's setting, and the voice actor doing the voices is the same. In detail, there is a difference in the Japanese dialect.

Please try the mod and enjoy it!

I would like to apologise for my earlier comment.

It is true I do not like anime, but my comment was abrasive and I didn't mean for it to sound mean. I am not a fan of the art style you present, but I am sure the AAR is very good for those to whom such things appeal, and I wish you all the very best with it. Sorry if I sounded harsh before, I did not mean to. The mod itself looks extremely impressive.

Best of luck!

Thanks for your comment. You're very polite and gentle, I think. I can understand most people aren't familiar with anime-style AARs, and some dislike them. However, I hope this culture will be accepted in the world someday.

Sincere apologies for the late comment.

Extraordinarily fun (coincidence intended) showcase of a mod, very good presentation. Kudos. Would ask for more, if that is planned.

In addition, would like to know if there is any plan for such a modded run but with an earlier start date.

Thanks for your comment. It already exists if you want an earlier start date for this mod. If not, and you want another video with an earlier start date, please wait a while. I'm sorry, but I'm too busy to make a video right now.

There is absolutely no need to be sorry. Life comes first, so there can be more beautiful AARs such as this one.

Have no worries, will eagerly wait until whenever there is an update. Your readAARs (or viewAARs? yeah, that is more suitable, heh) are here. Write, write more -or rather, create, create more of these; and they will be read-watched by all.
