hey im playing as pirate king of the step stones and my tyranny increasing and i don't know why anyone have any ideas ?

Enslaving prisoners increases your Tyranny, just so you know. I only noticed at 35.

That explains why my tyranny is so high, I commonly enslave rebel leaders' kids.
