I just started playing multi and it seems that the main strategy as germany USA and SU is just massing infantry. 
Stukas wont work if ur germany vs SU cuz all SU will do is just make alot of interceptors too...the same goes in france.Also tanks dont work cuz u have to get all ur manpower converted by 1941 into divisons as germany...errrr this sucks.
