First of all I loved the DLC and the effort you are putting on the game!
There are some issues though considering the UI appearance.
I play the game on an iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2017) Fullscreen mode. The exact same thing happens in Windowed mode no matter which resolution I choose.
