Summary​

[UI] Infos about improvement "Windpark" (wind farm?) are incomplete

Expected Result​

The infopedia entry about the "Windpark" (wind farm?) contains the information that the "Windpark" gives an automatic +3 energy bonus when placed at coast land tile and when placed on a hill, respectively (both, when both conditions hold).

The tooltip for windparks contains the same information, and when you look at the tooltip for "Windparks" that are already placed on the map, the info on these conditions is shown red if the conditions are not met.

Actual Result​

The infopedia entry and the tooltips do not contain the information, except that the infos about the special conditions concerning coast/hill placement are shown if they are fulfilled (and only then).

Update: Please not that something similar holds for the solar park (has a special ability on desert). In general, tooltips and infopedia should inform about all specialties of items (including units).

Steps to reproduce​

Open the infopedia, look at "Verbeserungen" (Improvements) / "Windpark" (Wind farm?)

Open a tooltip for "Windparks" in a text (e.g. in the tech "Energie" (energy) from the "Zeitalter der Raketen" (age of rocketry?).

Open a tooltip for "Windparks" placed on the map:
- once for a "Windpark" not at the coast and not on the hill
- once for a "Windpark" not at the coast but on the hill
- once for a "Windpark" at the coast but not on the hill
- once for a "Windpark" at a coast hill

Is there even more to know about "Windparks"?

Addendum #1: Please note that something similar holds for the solar park (has a special ability on desert). In general, tooltips and infopedia should inform about all specialties of items (including units).

Addendum #2: In general, tooltips and infopedia entries for improvements should list the types of terrain where they can be built. Example: national spirit "Hügelbauer" (hill builders?). It has an ideal to unlock an improvement "Grabhügel" (burial mound?). Can I build that on grassland only, hills only, on both, or even on more types of terrain? I have no idea before I have not chosen that national spirit and tried it.

Addendum #3: Tooltips and infopedia entries for all items (improvements, units, buildings,...) should list the tech(s) that unlock them and any presuppositions to build them. Furthermore, precursors and successors should be listed. Any tooltip should contain links to infopedia entries for all entities it mentions, be it improvements, units, buildings, techs, or whatever.
