UK and jet fighters

Just a little request.

The UK AI still doesn't research the rocktry tech tree. It wasn't really important in HoI 2 but it's seriously crippling the RAF in Doomsday since they won't be able to build any jet fighters.

DAIM can be a bit shortcoming in the later years, because they were never in our focus and usually the game is decided anyway until then. We'll try to improve and remove problems in this area though.
