How does one defeat germany?, its early 40 and im outnumbered 3-1 in land troops and almost 2-1 in air, I own the sea, but that matter little as i lost gibralter(grrrr). Having a hell of a time in africa? I defenetely feel the struggle, and it is quite fun to be challenged again. Anyone defeat them?, should i wait until barbarossa and attack italy or wait for the us and pull a dday? Any thoughts would be most welcome. Oh and i am in no risk of having home islands taken.

I´m not a Stony player, but i feel it´s right you will be overhelmed by Germany in 1940. Be patient and wait. You must not win the war in 1940 but you can loose the war in 1940 and you must avoid it. Wait until Barbarrosa, wait until the USS DoWar and then would be the time to start to kick German´s ass.

It´s easy. In 1940 Germany and Italy produce more than 2:1 than you. You CAN´T make any major ofensive when your enemy has such advantage.

And my personal tastes about the way to start the ofensive it´s Italy. If you defeat it, yo can free alot of ships for fighting Japan, and allow a fast way throw Alexandria between GB and the India. An strategical major asset

Its dec 1943 now and Germany has surrendered in my UK game. I just waited for Barbarossa, and hoped for some stiff CCCP resistance, but the bear was falling, so I invaded France (Brest) may 1942 with my entire army (more or less 100 divisions), and liberated Europe.

So it can be done, just wait and dont let the kriegsmarine destroy your navy or sealion will occur.
