Ultimate Colony Upgrade Disappeared From Steam.

It seems there is no way to purchase the season pass and the ultimate colony upgrade anymore.
According to the Steamdb, it was removed a few hours ago.

That's kinda bad for business as I believe many are considering getting the season pass as the new DLC comes out.
However, it seems no possible ways on steam now.

That's so bad! I bought founder edition two years ago, and now I want to buy ultimate colony pack but I found that I have to buy a whole pack include one more base game.

Me too.....and when i read that one DLC with only one quest, some musics, one new specialist and 2 or 3 news buildings cost : 25 EUROS ?????
on another site than STEAM...
Really don't understand cos the latest free update with the 2 missions and a lot of new things was excellent !!!
So before trying to buy the latest DLC ...i wish to have this one before...
