Unable to add successor to accolade

Description​

I am unable to rename or define successor for my third accolade. I suspect its due to the name of the knight being is too long and UI bugs out.

Steps to reproduce​

Have your AI generated son have a long name and along with a long dynasty name. You can test the fix I found by by shortening my Dynasty name from Vemulavada Chalukya to just "Vemu" The UI now fits and can be clicked again.
