Unable to Choose Succesor

Description​

I am unable to choose a Successor once my previous King Died in a Storm at Sea while he was travelling to a Grand Wedding, I can do everything else on the game but choose a Successor.

Steps to reproduce​

Was at war with a Duchy, decided to let my king go To the Grand Wedding while my army taking a Barony, King Died in Storm Event.
