I tried Lower resolution, I tried Window Mode, I tried full screen, Alt+Tab, I heard the click sound, I saw the menu, I listened to the music, nothing else is happening, and I'm on the latest game version.

Has this game ever worked for you on this computer, or it has always been like this?

If it used to work, what change or updated triggered this problem?

DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Please attach here your Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/settings.txt and pdx_settings.txt .
From your Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/logs/ folder, attach here system.log , error.log .

Right-click on stellaris.exe, properties, compatibility. Tick "disable fullscreen optimizations" untick every other box in that dialog, Apply, and exit.
Then in the launcher Game Settings menu, select the fullScreen display mode, Vsync off, refresh rate 60.

If that doesn't help:

The only potential issue I see in there is a problem with a save game file, which I assume is from your previous computer:
[18:57:19][country.cpp:925]: Failed to read key reference ap_consumers from database file: save games/klingonempire3_2045891902/autosave_2558.01.01.sav/gamestate line: 407735
As that mentions Klingons I guess that is from using a Star Trek mod? Please disable all mods AND move all saved games elsewhere, which we work on this.

If that doesn't help, please attach here those two settings files I asked for, thanks.

Then unload GeForce Experience if running, and run stellaris.exe directly from File Explorer - what happens then?

Hello,

The only reference to the Klingons must be from Star Trek Infinite, but that is an entirely different installer,
I deleted the infinite folder, and I noticed is not so separate I noticed files from the other game as mods, I only use DLC from Stellaris but somehow, that other game created mod folders,
I removed the mod folders and uninstalled Star Trek Infinite, and Stellaris is working now,

thanks for all your help and Happy New Year!
