A planet with the "Hidden Black Needle Base planetary feature" is not available for colonization even after the pirates have left their base

I did everything I needed to do several times in several saves. I chose all 3 options. People had a similar problem in the bug report thread
I also encountered this issue. I did not yet own the system when I cleared the needle base.
I tested it now. First captured the system and only then cleared the pirate base. Still can't colonize

This is an event. There are 3 solutions on how to infiltrate the pirate base and get a part of the map. In all three cases, the pirates leave the base (in two we destroy them, in one they leave themselves) and the event says that the planet is now free. But it still cannot be colonized

This is a bug anyway, because the message says that I can colonize. In the game I can't colonize this planet

Really annoying. Especially since we can still colonise the Rubricator world no problem after all these years. Definitely no giant monster hiding in that system...
