Using 1.01 on Grand Campaign as US
I have a bug where I was playing US, and in 1854 was "unable to declare war with mexico until February 1838", or so said the mouseover box on the greyed out declare war option. I had accepted Texas as a state on that the Texas statehood event but before they ceded to me but after I accepted they got DOW'd by Mexico lost half their provinces before cedation took effect. Don't know if that had to do with it. It's said the 1838 message since I first started checking around 1850 but could have been like that longer.
Can send save game if necessary so long as it's not too large.
