Unable to delete empty fleet templates in Fleet management

1: Version and console?
- Xbox V 3.9

2: Installed DLC?
- All, including First Contact and Paragons

3:When did it start happening?
- Any time in the game

 issue:
- I've discovered this when I tried copying a fleet template but was unable to actually remove the templates with no Fleets.

There is no way to Delete the empty template.

4: Can it be replicated?
- Yes
This was generally the case when I Create a New Template from scratch and it still will not let me delete the Template

Started a new game to see if this was recurring issue. The issue seems to be the case for every game I've made. Creating/ copying a fleet template without any ships will not let you delete the Empty Template. Period.

5: Can the issue be resolved?
-  Yes
Reinforcing the Empty Template allows me to disband the fleet and delete the Template.
