Unable to destroy a kingdom title

First of all I want to thank the devs for this wonderful mod. I finally have the chance to extract my revenge on the Lannisters, by killing some of them them, giving good tumbles to Carsei and after that also killing her and the rest.

But anyway here is my situation: I own the the IT and the kingdom of the Stormlands and I would like to the destroy that particulair kingdom title for the trouble it caused in the passed, but I can't. It says that I need prestige, something else and the title mustn't has the gavelkind succession law, but the Stormlands has Primogeniture succession law. Is this WAD? Would it otherwise be to easy to maintain power?

I'm pretty sure the 40k prestige cost means that we're not supposed to destroy kingdom titles; as for the "not gavelkind" restriction, I think it just shows up as not met if the prestige criterion isn't met (e.g. in my current game I conquered Tyrosh via liberation, which gave me the kingdom level title; I cheated to first change the succession type but it wasn't until I gave myself the necessary prestige that the succession law change was registered).
