Unable to disable nudity after most recent update

Description​

Regardless of the "Show nudity" setting the characters still appear nude. I've tried restarting several times as well as turning off mods. I've played this game for years but this only seems to be happening after the Lance 1.9.0.4 update

Steps to reproduce​

1. Settings
2. Click "Game"
3. Untick "Show nudity"

Expected:
Characters do not appear nude

Actual:
Characters are nude

Did you try to enable nudity, save settings, close game, disable it, save, close and open again?

Hi there, I'm unable to reproduce the issue, we recently released a 1.9.1 patch, could you double-check if the issue reproduces on that version of the game as well?
