Unable to do Tour due to 'NOT_ALREADY_PLANNING_ACTIVITY'

Description​

After playing for a while, i noticed that i wasnt able to visit most of my vassals in a Grand Tour due to 'NOT_ALREADY_PLANNING_ACTIVITY'. I don't really know what this means.

Steps to reproduce​

I played as the last Karling in 1066 and just started playing.

Hello there! It looks like your playthrough contains mods! After disabling them I was able to create a new Grand Tour and this issue does not occur in normal playthrough without mods. Have a nice day!
