Unable to play Cruisader Kings 2 since a VERY long time

Hello everyone... i've tryed everything and now your light will be needed to help me out!!! here's the error log on my games... if someone got the answer i'll be please to try everything

(i've already reinstall game 3 times and verify every files and DX and Drivers even format my pc and start all over again... )

What exactly happens when you start the game, how far do you get?

Does EU4 run okay on this computer still?

What antivirus app do you use? Add ck2game.exe to the exceptions list of your antivirus app; ESPECIALLY if you have Windows Defender, add it to the Ransomware "Apps Allowed Through" list.

If that doesn't help DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Please attach your Documents/Paradox/CK2/settings.txt.
From your Documents/Paradox/CK2/logs/ folder, attach system.log .

When I press play on the game, it load as normally... I can press the play button after go on a Single player... New Game... Choose the starting area and the person I wanna be... After I press on the Start Game button ... Game Rule Open and I change nothing and press on Start Game Again... Load and after windows close and nothing happen and the application is closed without any error message....

For EU4 i'm trying it right now.... it seams to load correctly... takes a realy long time to load.... I can press on load and play... initialisation of the game.... And it's working !!! But Cruisader King didn't work

Can i see a new dxdiag.txt please?

Edit that settings.txt to say:

refreshRate=60
fullScreen=yes

Also if you have installed RadeonPro, or a gaming VPN app called Evolve, or the MSI Gaming App, or Duet, disable it as it clashes with this game.
