Unable to Release Countries after 1920

Heya guys, a quick question really, I have 1.03b and VIP installed on my vicky, but when i get past 1920 in any scenario (btw this is with the time extension mod) the only countries i can release are iraq when playing britain. Is there any way to revert back to my original list of countries to release?

Secondly when iraq is released the "Create Satelites/Dominions" button is greyed out and is useless!

Eeek whats going on i have a hoard of countries i want 2 release and cant afford their military upkeep!

You have to extend the expirydates in the revolt.txt file located in the db folder. All expirydates here are 1920, which means that you can't release them and they wont revolt after this date. So this isn't strictly speak a bug. Oh... and Paradox doesn't support the mods. Post in the mod forum instead, there other modders can spot it, and will usually respond way faster.
