Unable to Rotate Park Buildings

Prior to the latest update I was able to rotate park buildings not connected to a path or road using the d-pad but I am unable to now.

It's like this on all park buildings and I've duplicated the issue on saved games as well as new ones. Im using xbox

I've got the same problem on PS4; not able to rotate park and campus buildings anymore! Props still able, but- I think rotating buildings is essential for customising parks and campuses. This should be fixed quickly in my opinion.

I also have this problem, can't rotate buildings. Also, for buildings that don't have to be placed on pathways, like tents in the Nature Preserve, they can no longer be placed as far away from the pathways as they'd could before.

I built a city a few months ago, worked fine, now when I go into that city, most of the tents I placed now say they are too far away from a pathway.
