Duplicate Unable to start Grand Wedding

Unable to start Grand Wedding

Description​

So, I was playing with the last version of the game (1.9.1), my Dutchess of Verona started to forge alliance via GrandWedding, and the heir of the Queen of Croatia became Regent so he could not attend his own GW (attached Screenshot) with the Event already started by few days. I was stuck for some months, but after sometimes he came and they wedded as promised.
But from that point on all the other GrandWedding of my other Daughters autmatically fails: I can promise them, but can't celebrete them... and also the Kings around start Feuding with me because of failed GW promised...
ps: I have already cheched the file integrity of the game, and there are no Mods.

Steps to reproduce​

Promise a GrandWedding, the Event Start but the AI character can't attend the GW is "Cancelled" while still occurring

I know in last vision, sometimes character who is one of the couple of GW can be regent of their parents and still go to their GW, it looks like they fix regent leaves their duty to travel but create a new bug, they should prevent fiance to be regent at first.
