Unable to Start New Game

Hi everyone. I haven't played CS for around a year and now I seem to be unable to start a new game or load save games. As the map is booting up, the game crashes and I get a message saying to send a report to the developer. I have disabled all mods but that does not seem to make a difference.

This is what the error log says:

Cities.exe caused an Access Violation (0xc0000005)
in module Cities.exe at 0033:a6c29722.

It looks like you are out of memory.

Increase windows page file for more memory.

Also, unsubscribe from any mods and assets you don't actually need or use - they all consume memory all the time, even when not in use in the current city, And exit every other app you can before starting the game.

Just remember, every app you have running is using memory. so try not to open apps when gaming.
