Unable to Sync Owned Items

I've recently made an account for posting to the various AoW forums. I've synced both my Steam and Xbox accounts, which should have plenty of Paradox games owned on both of them, but when I go to sync, all I ever get is "Oops, we ran into some problems". Is there any way this can be fixed?

Only Steam items will ever sync in here. No other vendor provides an API for that purpose.

No icon has been made for AoW4 yet I'm afraid! Other games you have may or may not.

Hello.

I run into problem syncing my owned items as well and get the "oops we ran into some problems" message as well. It say my steam account is correctly linked though.
