Unavailable???

:wacko: i purchaced EIC thru STEAM. when i tried to play it all i get is a "game unavailable message"... this was the night it was out for down load. today i get the same thing. does any1 have a clue about wut is up w/ either EIC download version or STEAM or wut-not?
