I just finished the quest The Crumbling Citadel and now I am unable to proceed, as every time I press end turn my game crashes. I have tried waiting turns before completing, completing it in different ways(with and without battle), but as soon as the quest finishes and I'm given the follow-up quest, I click end turn and it crashes. All of my auto-saves are just before the crash, and my last actual save is from a couple of hours before, so this crash has basically halted my progress 
As far as the lead-up to that goes, best as I can remember I took the quest to kill the fomorians to the south, got distracted while doing that and took wessex, then returned to finish the quest.

I have sent my save-game to the email posted there.
