Problem description:
Yesterday I was playing the 1936 campaign as Finland with my pal playing as Sweden. He was hosting.

We were tagging along just fine for a while when partisans suddenly started popping up in my "native" provinces (not conquered ones). Not only did they appear despite the fact that my dissent was 0.0%, the calculated risk for uprising also was 0.0% in all of my provinces. To me they also appeared impossible to beat, even though outnumbering them 11 divisions to 1, I repeatedely suffered defeats. Foregin (Swedish, Norwegian, Polish and Sovjet) airforces could easily take them out though.

When saving and restarting the game from my pals computer (he who played as Sweden), we found that Finlands economy suddenly was wrecked (about -250$) and that dissent was up to 80 % in the country.

Seemes to my like the computers didn´t comunicate properly, so that the host´s computer had its figures staight, while my client did not. Suggestions of how to fix the problem anyone?
