I've never seen it reported before, so if there's to be a fix we'll ave to come up with it here.

DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Please attach your Documents/Paradox/Imperator/pdx_settings.txt.
From your Documents/Paradox/Imperator/logs/ folder, attach system.log .

Yes. I know what DxDiag is! :)

I have done Tech support for years! :)

For a bit of testing I Turned Fog of War OFF via "tweak fow" and then went into the Graphics menu and played around. The only thing that made a difference was changing "Texture Quality" to a different setting and they would stop blinking for 5 seconds or so and then go right back to blinking!

I DID rule out mods... Running with Mods or No Mods makes no difference!

I also know since I am using Console Commands that my support options might be limited? Probably not something you all try to fix or troubleshoot too often?

I have the same video card as you, so I tried this and I see it too.

You are welcome to post this in Bug Reports; I can't say what priority it will get but at least it will be reported then!

Not sure if I care anymore! :(

Found a "game breaking" bug (imho) in my latest run and it might be the last straw.
