Units stuck in enemy territory

Description​

In a lot of the cases, like doing a separate peace or revolting territories, the armies that are stationed in those said territories are stuck. There are no possible orders, including garrisoning them back to the headquarters.

The only workaround you can do is to disband the armies, then they will teleport to another army group. So make sure when you disband them they will teleport to an army which is in a good location so keep disbanding armies till they are transferred to an army which is in a good location.
