University activity not granting new 5 Star Diplomacy Education trait as promised

Description​

I was visiting the university. When the activity has finished, it says in the tooltip, that i was granted the new 5 star diplomacy education trait. But after closing the event window and returning to the normal game the education trait hasn't changed.

Steps to reproduce​

Go to university having a 4 star diplomacy education trait. Sucessfully gain the 5 star education trait and finish the activity. Afterwards nothing changed.
