Help!

I have just reinstalled CK, DV, the latest patch, DVIP, DVIP addon and then BOPACK events.

But in my recent game...as a Rurikovich in Crimea, there were a few times when the title of the pop-up dialog box (which prompts me for a choice) could not be displayed properly. Only the words "Unknown String Wanted"....but the choices are displayed, and the pic too...

What can I do? That hurts!!!

Just for yr info I am using Chinese Windows XP...Help!!!

1. Uninstall the current installation.
2. Set your Windows to English language
3. Install the game.
4. Change the language settings back.

You either have to manually add the lines from the BOPACK-modtext.csv to the DVIP modtext.csv or the other way around, so add the DVIP-modtext.csv lines to the BOPACK-modtext.csv

EDIT
Moved thread to the appropriate sub-forum

should i do that with excel? (i am using office 2003)
coz when i try to save...it prompts me either to retain some i dont know what features or to save a different copy....what should i do???

thx!

Use excel, cut and paste everything into a single one, making sure that the two "#EOF;;;;;;;x" lines are at the end (EOF I assume means end of file) when you save, you will get a prompt saying that some aspects of the csv file has an issue, I simply say yes to this prompt and save the file into the folder, it may be set as write only in which case you will not be able to save over it, so copy and paste it from where you save it elsewhere.

This was the only way I could get it to work. Remember:

-Keep both #EOF;;;;;;;;x at the end of the file
-say yes to the prompt
-Be prepared to copy and paste the file to overwrite if it will not let you otherwise
-For the love of god remember to cut and paste more than just the first column.
-modtext.csv
