Unlanded, capable and non-imprisoned spouse at my court not appearing in council

Description​

As the title says - I can't find any valid reason why my spouse isn't appearing in my council here...

Steps to reproduce​

Hint in advance: To make the savegame as helpful as possible I decide to save before my old ruler dies and his son takes over, who's wife is now absent - just in case something in the moment of inheritance breaks things here...

1. Load my save
2. A harm event for the old ruler is pending; picking the only possible outcome should trigger death and sucession
3. Now see that wife of the new ruler is not appearing in the council - which is ok at this point because she is (for whatever reason) on a different court (1st pic)
4. Now try to invite her to the players court; she accepts
5. Unpause and wait until she arrives (2nd pic)
6. Try to define her role in the council now...and see that she is still not there (3rd pic)

Ok, waiting for the next month tick did indeed the trick - I just didn't expect that they game would need it for refreshing the council. Thank you for taking the time to investigate and explain
