Description​

Cannot unland the pope by title revocation if the Pope is member or head of a hostile religion && is vassal in my realm.

Steps to reproduce​

1. Started as catholic ruler in 867.
2. went on conquest (long story short)
3. Created the title of kingdom of Romagna of which the Pope's land is de jure part of.
4. Created an empire title of Italy of which the kingdom of Romagna is de jure part of.
5. Forcibly vassalized the Pope
6. Created my own christian religion hostile to all other religions in the game. This should give me enough reason to revoke anything the Pope or Papacy owns.
7. I spot the decision "Dismantle the Papacy" - great stuff. Must fullfill just one condition: unland the Pope.
8. I fabricate a claim on the Pope's last remaining county
9. here comes the weird part: I must give the Pope independence, wait 10 years of truce or until he dies, and then re-conquer him. That's how I must unland him. Now I can go for the "Dismantle the Papacy" decision.
Under the given circumstances, why is it not possible to revoke the Pope's remaining titles?
