Sorry, but is not a bug
In the second screen, you have the TC info:
- You have 150 in strat. redeploy and 16 in dissent (rebels activity)
And you don't have ic, only 2, you need energy and metal.
Reduce your dissent, and don't do strat. redeploy
Please, don't use the word 'bug', because is a problem in your game, not a Iron Cross problem

Delete this post and sorry, I know now the problem... the 150 extra transports were because the troops in "reserve". Now thank you it's a great expansion based in mod34.
