Unplayable performance on the main campaign map.

I get a slideshow on the main campaign overworld map, I mean literally 5 FPS or less. This is with all settings on lowest or off. I could play the prologue fine on medium, and I can play battles fine on medium in both, but the main campaign map is simply not playable. My guess is it's the ridiculous amount of fog everywhere, that's something that should be turned off with a setting. While you are at it let us turn off the bloom beams and the high quality water, I'm pretty sure I could get another 5-10 FPS with those off. Athlon 7750 2.71ghz x2 GTS450 OC'd w/1gb, updated drivers 4 GB ram Vista 64 Not the most super awesome system but well above the minimum requirements. Edit: Wow, or maybe it's because the map is 20 times larger than the prologue map.
