When unrest reached 100, I expected a negative effect, only because this time I was carefully monitoring my unrest meter. I expanded the messages and saw an icon that said "Unrest kicks off - Intellectual Foment". I clicked on it and it took me to the screen that shows my great mage picture. I have no idea what this meant. I could not see any obvious changes to this screen. Did it remove one of my great mage perks? Which one? Either this is a bug and there was really no effect or the message was not clear enough.

I've logged a bug report before indicating that unrest effects are not obvious enough. They are way too hidden. I have been shocked a few times to discover that a city is in revolt. Please make the unrest messages ones that must be clicked on, not hidden. Also, make them more descriptive.

I'm not sure anyone has ever figured out what the "Intellectual Foment" is. It has bugged me for quite a while, but I have never been able to see any effects.
