I'am very confused here. I have downloaded an update 1.03 and 1.03b, now I see there is a 1.03c and another fix... :wacko:
There is also the VIP mod 1, 2, 3...
Since I dont know more what to do and where to download the updates I ask you if there is any center of downloads of updates for victoria?

There is [this thread] that lists most of the patches and modifications for Victoria. Unfortunately, Memnon has not been around to add the latest patch 1.03c to the list.

The latest patches are:
Official 1.03 You need to download and install this first.
Official Beta 1.03c The latest beta patch. You install this over 1.03

As for VIP:
The latest version is VIP 0.3 download and install this over Victoria 1.03c
You then need to patch VIP to version VIP 0.3b

Installing VIP will break the original scenarios in the game so they may not act in the same way as before. You can get round this by copying your entire Victoria directory after installing 1.03c, you can then install VIP over this copy leaving the original untouched and fully functional.
