So, we have now sent out a first e-mail to you, our dear forumites. This e-mail is going to be sent on a regular basis and tell you about happenings and price cuts and new games. You know, all the important stuff! If you do not wish to get this e-mail however, it is very easy to opt out, just turn off the setting to receive e-mail from administrators.

strange - mine is set on but i don't get it - the hotmail should be not junk cause if i saw any junk i would mark them safe but i haven't got it so could you test sending to some hotmail people

I recieved it on hotmail...and not in the junk box.

Thanks all who said whether you got the e-mail or not, I'll be sure to check out what the problem might be!
So far we just have one person who called us spammers and contacted our ISP, so that is good output I guess.
I hope a lot more thought it was nice!

Oddly enough mine didn't go to the address I have in my 'email' section in settings, but to another I used to use.

I'm wondering if there are some options in the General Settings page that are not taken into consideration : i've selected, to exemple, to have the user information to be on the top side of the post, instead of left... but i don't get any changes.
