hello and thxalot for hoi2!

got an update prob:

I got v 1.1 (IOCO) and cannot update to either 1.2 nor 1.3a.
I only get the message that I already have v 1.3a installed which is not true.

Can you tell me why and what I can do to update?

Yup. Please try installing the original version from CD, and applying the latest enhancement pack only.
