Updateing EU1

I've been trying to update EU until 1900. I've been making monarchs and events and such...I may need some of your imput...Like how good I should make certain monarchs and what events I need to make sure to include...better yet! If someone has already done this, then let me know where I can download it.

Im taking a break from my Russian thing..or have for a week just about. I'll probably work on it somemore this weekend.

Also if there are any programming things I need to remember let me know..or anything i need to remember...

someone with knowledge reply....I need some suggestions for abilities of the US Presidents to 1900. and any of the above stuff that ive mentioned.
