I've seen it around before, the thread that lists all the lines to add and I've done it before, but I can't find that thread any longer. Is it still around?

There is no such thread. Mods ought to make no changes: if they work with 1.05, they work with 1.05.1 and viceversa.
Oh, that makes sense. It must have been the one I saw earlier today for manually upgrading 1.05. Yeah, mods would play using the base game, duh.
