I'm trying to upload a simple mod to the workshop, following the little information I can find on the subject. I have gotten to the point of publishing the mod, but clicking Publish does nothing. Nothing loads and no message is shown. I already agreed to the steam subscriber agreement last year and can't do it again, so surely it isn't that.
