Upon succession, my council glitches out and the game becomes unplayable.

Description​

As soon as I die and my son inherits my titles, the steward role disappears completely and if clicked on the game crashes; additionally my unlanded wife who is in my court does not appear as an available spouse. I have tried restarting as my previous character and letting the succession happen again, it does not fix it.
