I have a general question. Can someone help with a event trigger to release the limitations on the USA if you choose America First? I choose that and decided to join the Axis. But... I didn't get to build any Infantry or Airplanes to help with the fight.
With Canada moving south, I had just the handful of infantry, the cav unit, and a tank to do something with. It did acknowledge that I was at war and the industry did adjust accordingly, but nothing to build with it.
