USA attaquing in 39 or 40 when playing as Germany ?

The titles says it all : when playing HOI 1.05c with C.O.R.E. 0.71, the USA are attaquing me in 39 or 40 when I'm playing as Germany, at war with the Allies, with just Poland and half or all of France in my hands... Is it normal ?

Known issue. It revolves around the changed VP values, which cause some wide variations in US (and Allied) WE values. this usually results in teh USA joining teh Allies in Late 39 or early 1940. It is being worked on...

Like JRaup said. It's being worked on and if you wish a temporary solution to the problem it can be found in this thread.
