I can't seem to land units in the UK when playing as the US. My navies won't rebase there either. When I ask for military access from UK, they refuse with 0% chance of success. Anyone know how to fix this?

Yes, this is after the US has joined the Allies. Even though we are allied, I can't get military access.
I thought that if you are allies, you automatically have military access... Weird...
If you're allied you can automatically use the UK ports and do not need to specifically ask for millitary access.
